Depends on all sorts of things like metabolism, weight etc but you can usually use the unit an hour rule. It usually takes about one hour to remove one unit of alcohol from your blood - after it has been absorbed into your blood, that is (happens pretty quickly). So if you drink 10 units you should be about sober 10 hours later. For some people it can take more or less time, so if you are driving give it a couple of hours extra, especially If you haven't slept much.

It takes about one ounce per hour, depending on metabolism, to sweat, breathe, and pee the alcohol out of your system. That's the "alcohol" not the water or other ingredients.

it depends on your weight and tolerance. beer stays in basically until you piss it out.
