How old do you have to be to drink wine cause in Germany you can drink wine at like 10 years old?!

In the United States you must be 21 to consume any alcohol although in some states you can at 18 in the presence of your legal guardian in your own home.
In the U.S its 21 and in Germany and Austria its 16. Hard spirits like vodka, whiskey etc at 18. Seriously I think its a good idea, I mean the youth will always find ways to actually buy the alcohol.
in the USA you have to be 21 for any alcohol drink. wine, beer, liquor, all of it.
