Brut is dry.
Champagne can only be called champagne if it comes from certain regions in France.
Sparking wine is anything else that is like champagne, but not from those specified regions in France

They are all sparkling wine. Champagne is sparkling wine from the Champagne region of France. Brut is one of a few classifications of champagne or sparkling wine. They refer to the dryness (bitterness) vs. the sweetness of the wine. Other classifications include dry and blanc de blancs. Brut is among the driest.
