I would say Chivas Regal to be sipped and savoured (UK spelling) but if you can find a chance to try Cardhu single malt then give it a go. No water, no ice just enjoy.

Why Cardhu? They produce a large part of the whisky that goes into Johnnie Walker blends.

any can if you enjoy them! better quality ones will of course taste better!

my boyfriend will either drink them neat with ice or with soda water and he mainly drinks jonny walker/chivas (most common brands in mexico).

glenlivet is a good one (we have the 12 year one here) or buchanans (spelling?!). its all about your personal preference

but a good scotch you'd apparently never want to mix with anything other than water or youll disguise the taste!

Go to a good liquor store and ask for a fifth of their very best Scotch. The best are all drinkable with a tiny bit of water to enhance the scent.for an Irish whiskey, As it happens, my preference is for an Irish blend, Black Bush. Just a dash of water, remember. Take each of the first sips slowly and imagine what smell they remind you of, the garden, bread, a flower, ?

AMAZING! You might try this places: http://gooods.info/190297/johnny-walker

A good matured Scotch is to be taken either neat or with ice cubes to enjoy its taste. Sip small quantity and allow your saliva to dilute in your mouth and enjoy its taste.

chivas regal

Whichever ones you like!
