Potato/fries will ferment in your stomach with 1 beer that has yeast and barley and turn to alcohol!?!
If you eat fries at 6pm and drink 4 beers you should be at a BAC of .02 after six hours but if you eat fries you will read a .11BAC! Why? The Yeast and Barley in the beer will ferment the potatos/fries in your stomach and it will come out your lungs just like the beer! Also this will occur with corn and bread..they are starches that turn to alcohol and are detected by the Datamaster! ?
