just to throw in my two cents - probably the most common allergy related to beer is a gluten allergy. except for specifically stated gluten free beer, beer is made primarily from barley which is highly glutenous.

You can be allergic to bear due to it's ingredients. I don't know about deathly allergic, but all allergies can become life threatening. Usually you are allergic to an ingredient in the beer,as my son is allergic to the yeast in it. (He is able to counter this by taking Benydrl b4 drinking beer). However, first have yourself checked by a doctor to make sure that this would be proper. It wouldn't work if allergies are severe and tongue or throat swells. My son just gets real congested.

Many people have an allergic reaction to the alcohol contained in beer. For some reason, their chemical makeup is not compatible with alcohol. This can cause flushing, vomiting, dizziness, and other adverse symptoms. Even though they may like the taste of beer, they are unable to cope with the effects of drinking it.

of course it's possible. there are people who are allergic to nearly everything or the most random things ever. but there are somethings in beer that you could be allergic to. but it's probably best to ask a doctor...maybe to see if it could be deathly..

yes ...well not beer itself but the things that make up beer like colorings yeast or even the hops although its relatively rare i have met a few people who cant drink it because of that reason

I personally prefer Moscato. I don't think its bitter at all.
