what do I need to do to setup a wine importing business in Singapore?!
I would like to know the procedure to set up a business to import wine in singapore?
I am interested in importing wine from italy in the first phase expanding with other regions later. I would like to set-up a wholesale business first expanding at a later stage into a retail shop and eventually delivery. How difficult is it to set-up the business, any special regulations regarding alcohol imports in singapore? what about competition and does anyone have market data? (i.e. consumption, imports, prices, etc) thanks

Money and contacts is wise advise. I add to that you need enough money to fund the business for a few years, a license to import goods, a place of business, smart to have a barrister, and a good business plan.
