It depends if you believe in luck. If you believe hard enough most of the time it will happen to you.

It is not necessarily considered bad luck, but a sign of disrespect to who or whatever you're "cheersing" to. If you raise an empty glass to, say, the marriage of a friend, and do not drink afterwards, it is a sign of direspect (as if you're not truly celebrating). *If your glass is empty, at least cheers with water!* :)

Yes it is.................................. After you cheers empty glasses, you don't get anything to drink.... You know, you'd have to just watch others drink whatever was in their glass, while you don't get any................. But, if you are talking about the real kind of bad luck, you've got an answer already(from the guy who sent you an answer b4 me)...............................
Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood Luck....................................…

Not technically, but if you cheers and do not drink from the glass is it considered bad luck, or to disrespect and negate the cheer.

it's just a superstition...if you believe it in - then yes...if you don't - then no.
personally, i don't believe in it :P

it depends on if you believe in good luck & bad luck it is only bad luck if you think it is

No it is not a bad luck. Bad luck it is just a coincidence.
