Crown Royal and Diet Coke?!
Is it ok to drink Crown Royal Black and diet coke while on a diet? Like once a week or every 2 weeks and a glass at that, maybe 2 if I feel like it! I work out 6 days a week.

I would try that if I were you. Crown Royal does taste good with Cola mixed into it
