I lost my wine kit instructions for Cru Orchard Breezin' Mango Mint Chenin Blanc?!

Question: I lost my wine kit instructions for Cru Orchard Breezin' Mango Mint Chenin Blanc?
I started my wine 2 wks ago (as per the instructions), and somehow lost the instructions/directions. My SG started at 1.070 (if I remember correctly, I wrote it on the ppwk which is lost) and is now 1.000. I have NEVER made wine before and have no clue what to do next. The supplier is unavailable to help (they've moved) and I don't know what to do. I have all these packets, but no clue what order to add them, or what to do thereafter. I am making this as a wedding gift and can't exactly start over, nor do I want to. I don't even know if it's at the level it needs to be after the two weeks of fermentation (1.000)! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I cannot find a site with this brand's (Cru Orchard Breezin') info to allow me to finish the wine!!!

The packets are usually numbered for the order they get added. You should probably rack to seconday (carboy) and give it another week to finish fermenting. Then add your sweetener packet if you have one, and sorbate and sulfite packets. Also add any clarifying agents. Then stir until you can't get any more bubbles out if it.
Let it sit until clear (6-8 weeks), and bottle.
