Will my fridge be okay?!
We use a portable generator with a transfer switch to power our home in an emergency. However, I was wondering would turning the fridge off every time to refuel hurt the fridge. Also, the fridge has an on and off button should I turn it off with the button before I turn the generator off?

the latter idea is probably a good one. go with it. one thing that will help your fridge is at least one shelf full of beer.
