go for blood work - that will tell you your liver count - if its high cut back on the alcohol - the hard stuff is worse on the liver - not saying beer or wine is any better - it all depends on your consumption - good luck

You most likely do not have any permanent liver damage now, but you certainly could be working towards that. The thing about liver damage is that you never want to get to the point of having cirrhosis which is when scar tissue replaces healthy tissue in the liver which blocks blood flow and makes the liver unable to function well. The liver can regenerate, but it does not have that ability when it becomes scar tissue. There is a stage called fibrosis in which the liver can repair itself, but the next stage is cirrhosis which I just explained. Problem is that you never know when it is going from being able to regenerate to the scar tissue stage. Physical signs of liver failure commonly do not show up until the disease is far advanced. Once it gets to a more advanced stage, there is no stopping it from leading to total liver failure and the person would need a transplant to stay alive. That's why you never want it to get to being cirrhosis. I really don't think you have to worry about having any cirrhosis now, but it's just something to think about should your drinking continue to increase over time.
I had cirrhosis and a liver transplant.
i wouldn't necessarily say bad liver damage but its certainly not good for you, especially if your binge drinking. i love to drink socially and do tend to party a lot, but i think it's mainly when you get older then your more prone to it. If your really worried go see your doctor, if not have a good look on google, im sure something will come up!
If it's a beer or two, once or twice a week, you're fine
If it's a bottle of spirits, once or twice a week, then you're in trouble
Chances are symptoms are developing. Please go to therapy before it's too late.
no, not unless you have a genetic predisposition.
your good yo. don't start worrying about that until your in your mid 30's and been drinking every day. lol
Nah man, that doesn't happen until at least your 50's. Look at Charlie Sheen!
