Veuve Cliquot Yellow isn't sweet "(it's a Brut). Martini and Rossi is just a brand- they make a whole line of products.

Look for Champagnes labeled "Demi Sec". It technically means medium-dry, but the Champagnes will have noticeable sweetness, and won't be cloying.
