saturday night live picture effects?!
I was wondering if anyone knew how to do the SNL picture effects they have of the host each show. I dont have photoshop, i have gimp. Any tips on how to create that effect? Thanks!

The only place that vodka needs to be sprayed is down my throat. In fact I'll just guzzle it down for that true SNL effect.
take the printed picture
take a spray-bottle of vodka, and mist it with the vodka
it will give a nice picture effect that will be very professional
