Tequilla is funny. The cheaper the bottle the better it mixes. It is complete opposite than with whiskey or wine. With whiskey or wine the more expensive the better. Go with the cheapest large bottle you can find at the alcohol store. You wont be disappointed. Cheaper tequillas have a more mild taste and therefor go down smoother.

Cazadores is also my mixing tequila. It's 100% agave, which is necessary, IMO and the price is low. Otherwise, it's nasty mixto crap, which gives you a filthy hangover and tastes terrible.

However, since you're mixing it with strawberry, and probably blending it, you won't be able to taste any difference. No need to buy anything fancy- you'll be ruining it with your other ingredients.

For a Margarita I would suggest anything that can be purchased for under $12 for a 750 ml bottle, you are going to be mixing it, so why waste Patron or Cabo Wabo? Its like using Chateau LePetit Rothchild to make sangria, so stick with a cheap bottle of Two Fingers. Muy Boracho!!!

I make margaritas with Sauza Blanco Tequila.

**** tequila, haha it tastes like someone soaked a cigerette in dirty dish water and then you ate it with a glass of warm piss,
Haha just my opinion, i just drink it straight, jose cuervo, but vodka is just the best:)

Whatever you decide upon, make certain the label says "100% AGAVE".
By getting a product that is made from 100% cactus, there'll be a smoother effect and less painful hangover (for those who over indulge).

Cazadores

Trust me i know :-)

El Tesoro In my opinion.

Nessy

Patron' Silver is very good. Even better when you find it on sale.
