how can I make a complaint after I bought a juice which was gone bad due to faulty cap?!

Question: How can I make a complaint after I bought a juice which was gone bad due to faulty cap?
Unfortunately i did not see that the cap was broken and opened the bottle of Minute Maid juice. The store is a small one and does not give any receipts. When I took it back the shopkeeper didn't want to exchange as the bottle was open.

As mentioned, if you phone the 1-800 number on the back of the bottle, they should be able to make it right for you. I phone stuff like that in because it annoys me. Pretty much every time they have either sent me a coupon for more of the same product for free. Or sometimes they sent me a cheque in the mail for a dollar or two more than what it cost me to buy it.

If there is no number on your bottle, try calling 1.800.438.2653. It is the Coke number, but Minute Maid is owned by Coke and they provide this number.

Unless you have incredibly bad eye sight how come you did not see the top was damaged?
I must admit i side with the shop keeper and would refuse you a refund .
how ever you could try and contact the manufacturer and ask them.
But they normal want proof of purchase!
I think just give it up as a bad job big fuss for one bottle!

i would call the number on the label and tell them they usually send you a coupon for a free one or something like that
