Yes. But it will be pretty nasty wine. Any time you have anything with sugar in it (either natural or added) and leave it where bacteria or yeast can grow in a low oxygen atmosphere (i.e., the bottle has been opened, but is now closed), you'll get alcohol production. Most store bought grape juice has no preservatives in it. And the added sugars will speed up the alcohol production.

Been there. Done that. Also studied chemistry and biology and performed experiments with alcohol production.



Yes, it can. It would need some yeast to get it to start fermenting, but wild yeast is often floating in the air. You will know if it is fermenting when you start seeing bubbles forming in it. If you want it to ferment faster add tiny bit of yeast.

No. I'm assuming it's a store bought bottle of grape juice in which case will be full of preservatives and sugars which will make it nothing more than grape juice!



It certainly CAN, but as has been pointed out, it might just as likely turn into vinegar...
