If you want to ease out of the habit, first you need to want to do it because believe it or not, your addicted to caffeine like most of the world. Seriously though, your body is used to it so you have muster up some determination to break the habit. Titrate down slowly, so it's easier and you don't feel the withdrawl if your a long-time heavy coffee drinker. That's all you gotta do, slow down little by little until your at a coffee drinking level your satisfied with or quit altogether cold-turkey....
After 6PM, just switch to decaf.
