Why does my chandelier buzz?!

Is it on a dimmer switch? If so - having it at less than 100% power will cause the lights to buzz, it's normal.
change the light-bulbs to a lower wattage- if you're using 75 watts try using 60 or 50 instead.
or it could be an issue with the wiring, have an electrician look at it.
remember, if you do any electrical work yourself, make sure the power is off in the room.
it will stop if you quit pouring beer into it.. lol
