Water is always good because you need to rehydrate yourself. If you are feeling like you need to eat something, have broth or bullion. It should not upset your stomach any further. Dry crackers or toast should also help that "hurts empty" feeling too.

Some people like tea, but I find that it makes me feel worse. Lemon/Lime soda pop always makes me feel better for some reason. I prefer Sprit, regular. I think the sugar might have something to do with it.

You could also try soup or jello, just to get something on your stomach. I would not do anything real rich until you feel better.

I hope this helps you.

You need to restore your blood sugar.
Coke is a sugar bomb and the carbon acid (bubbles) is a milder acid than the acid in your stomach.
It will therefor align and make it a weaker acid together.
As a first aid it has always been handy to me.

If you puke it is a food poison from badly rinsed, stored or heated food (or contaminated water) and it will need to get out of the system so you can restore.

Get well soon and watch your food.

Water is the best!! And also have soup to keep something in ya yummy
