Question: How long can I keep doragon sake for once opened? (It's for cooking, not drinking)?
If it helps, this is what I would buy: http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/groceries/in…

Answers:

My opened bottle of cooking sake has been in the cupboard for several months and seems to be fine.

Rice wine or sake do not spoil easily as long as you keep it away from any heat source. Remember to cork it as exposure to air will evaporate the alcohol.

Main thing with wine is to try to keep it away from air because the alcohol will turn to vinegar. Keeping it refrigerated will help.

It keeps for ages... like anything with spirt in it will.
