Some might be able to, it depends on their tolerance; but I recommend staying home
and sleeping it off: it's bad enough to drink to excess at a young age there's too much
"on the line" if you get caught.
Yeah of course, you'll probably have a bad hangover but tons of college/uni students drink everyday and go to class the next
