That's not a particularly healthy amount, the RDA is about 2, you need to keep off the booze in the week and get trashed on the weekend, that's more healthy and you're less likely to be addicted, alcoholism sucks, if you keep on the amount you do, it's either going to destroy you or you'll have to go tee-total for life. I'd reccommend don't make a daily habit of drinking that much.
