40% Alcohol content is 80 proof , yes it'll get ya drunk, but that all depends on how much you can handle
40% means it's 80 proof, fairly normal as far as liquor goes. If you are a kid, leave it alone, you should not drink any alcohol at all. If you are an adult and are used to drinking a little, it won't hurt you to drink it at home.
Depends on the size of the bottle - 10 cl of 40% spirits puts you on the edge of being unable to pass a breath test (all other things being equal). One more drink and you have to leave the car.
