Was my drink drugged?!

Question: Was my drink drugged?
I was at a block party about 3 days ago with a few friends. I drank a few beers before we got there over the course of 4 hours, so I wasn't very drunk. The last thing I remember is someone handing me a drink, and I also recall being in a cab. My roommate says she saw me arrive home with a guy and I was stumbling and falling over. I woke up the next day covered in bruises all over my body, including my face, and with tons of calls made from my phone and garbled text messages I attempted to write.
My friends are telling me I actively was hitting on this guy, but I don't remember this. Is it possible I was drugged? Is it possible to consciously write and make phone calls during these stages? Is it possible I blacked out and continued to drink more, even from one drink? I'd like to think so but would appreciate honest answers...

Story. This story strains for credibility. IF this happened, it did not, then it was just alcohol and no drug.

It's very likely.

If you did have the company of someone that night unknown from a bar, I would make necessary arrangements with your doctor or local health unit to get tested for sexually transmitted diseases and infections. I'm not saying that you're infected with something, however I do believe it's most important to watch out for yourself.

Yes, there are drugs tha can alter your state of mind enough that can still do things but don't remember doing them.
One of these drugs is called Rohipnol, or The date-rape drug.
Another one is called alcohol.

Get to a doctor and consider stopping your drinking.

people dont black out from 4 drinks this guy most likely drugged you and took advantage of you if you have bruises all over your body ide say date rape drug for sure

if you get a lawsuit then you probably beat someone up.

if not you probably got raped.
