This is tough issue, but one I can help you with because I have experience of going into school drunk with my friends.
You should talk to your guidance teacher and just explain to them that you were against the whole drinking in the first place and tried to talk them out of it, I'm sure you know the sort of stuff to say in that sort of scenario. If that doesn't work then maybe you should get your parents to try and if that doesn't work then I'm afraid theres not much more you can really do.

If you wanna fend for yourself what you could do is write a letter to your principal and teacher, stating the reasons why you should be able to go. This letter should be written as a formal letter. It should be edited by another person.

I don't think you can - what you can do is exert peer pressure on your so called friends (would real friends do what they did and cause you all to miss out on the trip?) to get them to act more responsibly and more like an adult.

Ahhh forget about the field trip, stay home and get drunk
