Question: If i take the tobacco out of a cheyenne mini cigar, will there still be nicotine left in the cigar wrap?
will there still be nicotine/tobacco absorbed in the cigar wrap? if so is it enough to get me buzzed? because i want to smoke it without the tobacco and avoid gettin buzzed or lightheaded

Yes, there will still be nicotine. However, the amount of nicotine would vary depending on the kind of wrapper you have. Thus, nicotine is more concentrated for wrappers that are made from tobacco and lesser concentration are found for cigars with paper wrappers.

if the wrap is made from tobacco, yes there will be nicotine in it. If made from paper, probably not much if any
