Only time. Grass is fat soluble, not water soluble. It is stored in the fatty tissues of your body for 2 weeks to 30 days. There are products out there that claim they will clean your system, but it is only very temporarily, if they even work at all. They may clean your urine for a short time, but the marijuana will start coming out of your fatty tissues and back into your urine again in no time. Grass also forever stays in the fatty tissues of your brain, although that can't be detected by a drug test after about a month.

This is why I don't smoke pot. I don't want that crap hanging around in my body.

As far as going to a program, I wish your parents wouldn't do that over marijuana. My mom and dad did that to me over pot when I was 17 and they shouldn't have (in the mid 80's). But they are real conservative and were all freaked out because they thought I was on my way to becoming a major drug addict and all I was doing was smoking some refer with a friend across the street. I know my parents had loving intentions, but they clearly overreacted. If your parents do it, well, just try to roll with it and not hold it against them.

You're 15, get a friend to piss for you. Keep it warm for the test, but up until then it can sit in the fridge. If you're athletic, take a short break from smoking & sweat as much as possible while drinking larger quantities of water. Sweating will reduce the amount found in the fatty tissue & the water will dilute the amount that is left over.

Well you can wait 30 days or more for it to get out of your system and if you wait you can't smoke for 30 or more days.

if u don't want ppl to tell u not to smoke it, then don't smoke it! learn ur lesson!!!! :/ weed only just destroys ur body!!

You're goin to a program buddy. See what being a hardhead about this will get you.

DRUGS ARE DISGUSTING. NO GOOD EVER CAME FROM WEED DAMN DRUGGY.

don't smoke for a long time. There isn't a quick fix.

Eat local food, eat fresh food, and eliminate all hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated fats from your diet. Eat fresh fruit, vegetables and grains to aid your body in the elimination process. Remember, if you can't read the label, the food is likely processed, junk or fake.

Fight back with good oils by taking megadoses of flax oil, hemp oil, or cold-water fish oils such as cod liver oil, up to 30 grams a day. These natural, highly unsaturated fats, known as the "good oils," reverse the effects of hydrogenated trans fatty acids.

Fast on fruit juice or water once a week to give your body's organs a break from processing and a chance to eliminate impurities. Sweat out impurities in a sauna, and add a sweat-breaking exercise regime to your weekly routine.

Go on a 10-day liver cleanse. The liver is the primary organ involved in detoxification. Cleansing the liver bile ducts is extremely effective in eliminating dietary toxins. Doctors recommend choosing a cleansing formula made of milk thistle.

Get colonics to cleanse out toxic buildup. Colon irrigation cleanses and detoxifies the colon, liver, kidney and lymphatic systems. Contact a trained colonic therapist and schedule a series of colonics to detoxify the major organs of elimination.
