What do you think this will make?!
I have put fresh fruit & sugar into a mason jar and left it in a dark place for about 2 months now. Enough pressure has built up to distort the cap of the jar, and it is now filled 2/3 of the way with liquid. Is what I have in the jar drinkable, if & when?

It's probably not going to taste very good, and if it does, it could get you sick. You have to have a proper procedure to make alcohol, you can't just throw stuff in a jar and put it into a dark place.
