You can make a big batch of Screwdriver or Greyhounds or something, but it's not going to be jungle juice if all you have is vodka.

There are usually a lot of other kinds of alcohol in jungle juice but I think that the vodka plus some fruit punch with a little bit of orange juice or sunny d might taste similar. Just pour out the vodka into a bowl and add fruit punch and orange juice until you can drink it! Have fun!
You could also add some sprite.
