Because people are irresponsible. The person that died from drinking these caffeinated beers was binging them. In moderation there's nothing wrong with them, yet people feel that 21yr olds who should be old enought to know better still need to be babied and protected from the dangers in this world. I;e tattoos, sex and alcohol. Not to mention Mcdonalds. If I remember correctly these drinks were forced to have the caffeine removed due to a class action suit. Another gem spoiled by a reckless individual.
Well the person who is dead cannot sue, so I suspect you mean the family, in which case they are suing for the mistake of the dead person. So they are no suing for THEIR OWN MISTAKE are they? So your question makes no sense.
