drink it.. lol
Reflecting on all my many experiences with all types of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, this is the very best answer and suggestion I can offer:
Enjoy your wine with that very special person in your life at that time! In the event he/she isn’t there physically, from the very second you put your hands on the bottle or on the glass, as you’re enjoying the wine, think about all the wonderful times the two of you shared and enjoyed together! (In fact you might even consider calling, texting, twittering or emailing that person, couldn’t you?
In addition make it an experience you can remember for a long time: make something in your home or apartment to go with the wine: a simple platter of fruit and chees(es); pb&j; a complete meal; breakfast in bed; take-out from your favorite restaurant. Use your imagination! Don’t be afraid to let your imagination soar.
A word of caution: UNLESS you absolutely, positively know what you’re doing, DON’T make a dish for the first time! If it doesn’t come-out very well, the last thing you want your s/o to think is, “This is horrible! I thought I was more than a human guinea pig. . .”
Thanks for asking your Q! I think I did my best to answer it.

Here are the tips in how to enjoy a glass of wine:
The right choice of wine--choose the type of wine for the feeling, mood and circumstances of the moment--Champagne, Riesling...
The Right Temperature--Different wines must be serve at the right temperature that best shows off their qualities.
The Right Accessories--from wine opener to the wine glass--must be perfect.
The Right Food--try to balance the taste of your meal to the type of wine you have.
The Right Place--Any place you can relax.
The Right Person to drink with--This is the most important thing in my opinion. To spend time with the one you love in a very romantic mood is magical.

Wine doesn't need to be expensive to taste good. Read something about how our local wines compete with the best and well-established brands:

Wine is subjective. There's no such thing as a "best way", other than using nice stemware and making sure it's served at the correct temperature.
