Question: How would i properly store le gruyere cheese after it has been opened?

Storage: Wrap gruyere cheese in plastic wrap or wax paper., or air tight container.
Shelf Life: 1-2 months unopened, 3-4 weeks opened and rewrapped.
zip lock bag make sure to expell as much air out..will help to perserve longer

You definitely wouldn't store it on the Alcohol Board.
