What places accept female bartenders without experience in FL?!

Question: What places accept female bartenders without experience in FL?
What restaurants, bars, or clubs in the state of FL (mostly in the Orlando area) would hire non experienced female bartenders? I would like to work as one and be trained by the employer but I dont know where to start. I prefer working under the conditions that I will not be grabbed on or have to dress like a trashy hoe. I don't mind showing skin but I want to still be working somewhere classy but sexy. Somewhere that is popular and known by most people. Thanks!

I've been hiring bartenders for 15 years. Experience the the number one most important qualification employers look for when hiring bartenders. Here are some pertinent questions you want to ask yourself before you decide if you could be a bartender or not:

How many classic drinks do you know? Which questions would you ask me if I order a Manhattan? What's the difference between Irish whisky and bourbon? What are some of your favorite wines, why and what do they best pair with foodwise? Difference between Prosecco and Champagne? Name three different amari. What's the difference between tawny and ruby port? What's the difference between neat and straight up? What does "reposado" mean and which type of alcohol does it refer to? What's the diffenence between a lager, an ale, a stout, a porter and a hefeweizen? What's in a Cosmo/Long Island/Kamikaze/Margarita? How do you pour a Black and Tan?

Can you change a keg (hell, can you lift a keg?)? Can you carry at least two cases of beer at a time? Can you work 12 hours shifts on your feet, busting your butt, never letting the guest see you sweat? Can you have three waiters' drink orders in your head while making a frozen Mudslide and getting change for the hundred a guest just gave you, all at the same time?

If you can answer these questions "yes", then you might just make a good bartender. If you can't answer the majority of them, you'll be a lost mess and fired on your first day.

If you're really interested, apply to be a hostess, busser or food runner. Most of the better places won't hire you to barback yet, you have to prove yourself first. Then let the managers know you're interested in learning to bartend. You might get a job in two years. Sorry, that's just how it works.

Not likely to happen. You need to start from a lower position like a bar back or cocktail waitress.
It's probably not going to be at your 'sexy classy' place as those venues cater to people who like to spend money in their establishment and hire only experienced bartenders.
Try the local pubs or clubs and those type of places legally can't allow patrons or staff to grope you.
When you are just starting out, you can't be too picky if you really want to be a bar tender.

I can honestly say:

nowhere

bars don't hire anyone as a bar tender with no experience
they will hire you as a bar back (bar tender assistant) or as a server, then give you more experience as you learn, and eventually you will become a bar tender. this is the same pretty much everywhere
