All cigarettes no matter how they are packed or presented, contain nicotine and thus have varying effects on a persons health depending on a person's level of consumption.

But if you would like to smoke, use herbal cigarettes as they contain less nicotine.

I am a cigar aficionado and have been one for years. I'm also doing social media for BnBTobacco.com and have represented them online.

E-cigarettes

I smoked for over 21 years and finally had my last cigarette on Nov 10, 2010. I still get the nicotine but not the other 3,999 chemicals. Nicotine in itself is no more harmful to the body than caffeine, it's all the other chemicals that are so bad. Since switching to an e-cig, I don't smell like an ashtray, I breathe much easier and I no longer have that horrid smoker's cough.

I smoke camel menthol silver. they have the crush thing too. As for the best type of cigarettes? Probably the ones that are straight tobacco and doesn't have all the extra additives. Between the two, I should really give up the tobacco.

I guess I missed the part of the question where you were looking for people to tell you to stop smoking lol....

i recommend Camel No. 9 menthols.
they're the smoothest and it has a vanilla scent to it before you light it...that mixed with the menthol = great taste.
