whats more important calorie-wise?!
-net calories-the ones you dont burn off from excersise. like i ate 1300 calories yesterday, but i burned off 500 so my net calories is 800
-or is your overall consumed calories more important? like the 1300 would be my overall calories.
which one should i go by to lose weight? and is a net 800 unhealthy and too litte, even though i really ate 1300?

it's nearly impossible to figure out how many calories you burn in a day.
There are calculators on line that approximate what you need to maintain the status quo, and then you can adjust your intake and exercise from there. The Mayo Clinic website has a very good one.

Healthy diet is an equation...input = output.
Input covers the needs of the body to maintain health and do any work or task that the person may need to undertake during their daily endeavours, this must balance as the output.
If food input is more than the effort expended then you will become fat.
