stole a cigarette from my dad?!
i dont smoke regularly
anyways there was 13 in the box and i just took one
my dad only smokes once or twice a week but if he's going out drinkin in the week he'll smoke like 3 or 4 in a night
so usualy he'll be under the influence of alcohol when he smokes
will he notice... should i putit back?

I doubt if he'll notice.
If the pack was almost full, he would notice that there was an extra empty spot. If the pack was almost empty, he would notice that one of them was missing. But 13 is about the perfect number, because he won't notice that there are actually 12.
Yes or No to notice; just... put the cigarette back. Don't fall into that influence too or worse; stealing your Dad's cigarettes behind his back while unconscious. You'll feel better when you put the cigarette back and forget what you did until the right time to tell your Dad the truth.

Doesn't matter if you put it back. Just got off the phone with god and he says you're through. When you die you are going straight to hell.
As bad as that sounds at least it should be a huge relief to realize you are free to do what ever you want until then...
if i was you i would put it back whether not he is under the influence of Alcohol he might just notice that one has gone. i should know as i have done that before
