I don't know shots but I once had 2/3 of a regular 750ml bottle of vodka and I was just tipsy. For some reason I have this uncanny ability to drink vodka without getting really drunk. Other stuff like tequila messes me up hard though. Maybe I'm part Soviet.
I don't know about shots in Russia vodka always served in the quantity of 50ml and 100ml
Its depend how much you are able to consume
an expert Russian can drink 3 liters of Vodka in 24 hours

It really depends on the person (Size and weight make a big difference) as well as over how much time and what you would call drunk
