There are no stores in my area that sell brewer's yeast or yeast nutrients.

it would be enough to brew alcohol but it wouldnt taste too good.

try this recipe.

3 cups tomato paste
Juice 3 lemons
Approx. 18 kg sugar
225 grams fresh regular bakers yeast.
water
mix paste, juice, 14 kg sugar with 60 liters water at 30C
add water and sugar to bring mixture to 80 liter
temperature of finished mixture should be 30C-35C
sprinkle 225 grams of yeast over surface, stirring in

In theory, yes. In practice, you wouldn't want to drink it. Go to http://byo.com. Clicking on "resources" will help you find local suppliers and the advertisers have links to their catalogs.
