Will a normal person go into coma by drinking a bottle of whisky within 15 or 60 min.?!

Yes and could die. Depends on body wieght so younger people are even more at risk.
what percentage of alcohol and if your alight drinker,yes you ll go in a coma for 6 to 12 hours and wake up with a hangover.unless you are allergic to the alcohol or even the ingredients of the whiskey than maybe.if you go further then a bottle and you consume and you keep going to the point your friends have a party and it goes on ,chug chug and you pass out your body will cut you of and over consuming can lead to coma.death is around the corner if any more alcohol is induce to the past out guess.
I can do it in 60 minutes and do it often. 15 minutes is dangerous, though

That is a possibility, I wouldn't recommend anyone drink that much and that fast it is very bad for you.
