Why did I throw up after 2 cigarettes ?!
Last night I smoked two ciggarettes and my stomach started hurting and I was pretty light headed. And then i threw up .. I was think i might have been inhaling quite hard. How can i avoid this happening if I smoke again ?

Before you smoke again read the caution on the side of the pack. Any time poison is ingested to the body sickness will result
Just because alcohol is another vice, doesn't mean this forum includes cigarettes. Is it called Beer, Wine, Spirits and Cigarettes?
It's your body, being smarter than your choices, letting you know that it is not good for you.
The answer is simple. Don't smoke. Or don't inhale.
