Which region of France has the largest Suavignon Blanc production?!
I thought it was Bordeaux but someone said Loire Valley

Definitively, the Huge Appelation Controlee area of Bordeaux produces more Sauvignon Blanc, simply because it encompasses so many other ACs, though the Loire AC produces more "higher quality" wines from the Sauvignon Blanc.
Bordeaux produces the most but Loire is year in year out number one for quality.
