Question: How much framboise sauvage eau de vie to mix?
I have a bottle of framboise sauvage eau de vie (700 ml, 45%vol). How much is a good amount to mix in a drink?

Go with two ounces and then after drinking it adjust to your own preference.

I like a strong drink.
If the mixer is sweet I might like 3 ounces eau de vie to 3 ounces of mix.
If the mixer is not very sweet perhaps 1 part eau de vie to 2 or even 3 parts mix.
