None. Stop smoking now. Do you want Cancer? Emphysema? Awful breath? To pay like a baskrillion dollars in taxes? To die young? I've been smoking 20 yrs. I wish I'd have listened to ppl telling me to quit, now breathing sux, and I have trouble singing like I once did.

im only 21 and smoke a pack a day since i was 15 and now i wake up with a HORRIBLE THROAT PAIN (it goes away after i clear my throat for a couple minutes)
I HAVE TO REALLY spit out a ton of GULLAHS when i wake up before i can breath with my mouth really good
i run and exercise EVERYDAY and still wake up with a MESSED UP THROAT in the morning
its not WORTH IT!!!!
im going to quit REAL soon because i WILL join the US NAVY (tobacco is PROHIBBITED in all branches of the US millitary)
i know its cool in high school and makes you light headed after you smoke weed (thats why i started)

I would try a light cigarette at first to get use to it and then maybe go to a full flavor.
