What would be the best and safest way to have someone ship bottled beer from Pennsylvania to California?!

It is illegal to ship beer using the the USPS. You can ship it using UPS or FEDEX. Wrap each bottle individually using bubble wrap and put them snugly in a box surrounded by "foam peanuts".
You would have to find someone local who has the licenses required to ship alcohol, as well as the protective Styrofoam to ship it on so it does not break. This place is local to me and I have them ship alcohol for me all over the country
