Well if you smoke salvia you have to hold it in for a few seconds or until your eyeballs feel like they are vibrating so if you want to mix it with tobacco it might burn your lungs and not feel good also you may have to use more salvia than you have to which would be a waste. I would just smoke it like normal or however you have been doing it.
I wouldn't. You can mix tobacco and weed to make it burn longer but I don't think that's what you want with salvia.
