drink more vodka.... less rum
this can help you get drunk more, and you will be more relaxed dunking

perform squats. go as low as you can, then explode back up. do 1-6 reps for power/strength and do 2-3sets of them.
do step ups.lunges. work on doing deadlifts, when you get to the technical kinesiology anaylsis like me, you will understand that deadlifts do work on improving vertical since it works on ALL the leg muscles and it strengthens the back as an added benefit.
AND BUY A weightlifting belt to SAVE your back
and when doing plyometrics, do them on the grass.
DO THEM ON GRASS
and be sure to rub your legs after doing plyometrics, the best jumping exercise is depth jumps
and yes do look them up on youtube, but when you are experienced in this field you will know that many of the "experts" on the video still perform the exercise wrong
