Your beer already has hops in it. Hops are first cousin to marijuana and have much the same properties, just weaker.
You need to heat it to decarboxilize it.

You'll get stupid high from eating weed and you'll be high for hours.
Antoher way is to fold it up tight into foil and cook it at 250 for a few mins in the oven. You need to keep a close eye on it you want it to JUST start turning brown and just start smelling it. will take less than 15 mins. Then sprinkle it on anything you like.
It will taste gross but will not make you sick, only stoned. And possibly "regular."
Weed is not to good to eat an it may or may not make you get sick depending on how your stomach feels.
