A) You clearly weren't enjoying yourself if you were able to time your "buzz"
B) Drinking shouldn't be about getting smashed - it's about enjoying yourself while drinking - not who can get smashed the fastest (especially at the age of 15!)
C) Really your height and weight have nothing to do with it, it more so depends on your tolerance to alcohol, but I'd suggest no more than 2 drinks every hour (whether or not you've eaten plays a factor to)
D) When I come home from a night out, I drink a big glass of water before bed, haven't had a hangover yet

Okay, first of all, i dont condone underage drinking but everyone whos anyone has violated that so here ya go. I would recommend:

1) probably about 2 or 3 quickly or a little more as the time in between drinks increases
2) 5 or so would get u pretty drunk
3) for your height, weight, and gender, i wouldnt go over 7 or 8 in the period of a couple hours.

be safe okay?

Not much. You can expect it after about 4 shots.

You can expect a buzz after just 2.

Also this only applys on an empty stomach. If you have eaten. Which is recommended to help you from getting sick. Then it will take 3 shots to feel the buzz. I guarantee after 5 shots for you. You will be pretty smashed.
