Could I have been roofied or just a blackout?!

Question: Could I have been roofied or just a blackout?
I went out for a few drinks with a gentleman I had been getting to know. All I had was 3 drinks! I can usually handle my liquor. The last drink i had in the car at a park. I remember telling him I was ready to go home. And I remember starting to feel sick and throwing up on the side of the road. I remember nothing else after that. I woke up throwing up all day long. I couldn't keep anything down not even water. The worst headache. the worst hangover! from 3 drinks! So him and I were later talking and he informed me that we slept together twice when we got to my house! I had no idea! at all! I don't remember getting to my house, going in, sleeping with him, him leaving... nothing! did i get roofied or blackout from 3 drinks? i wasn't on any meds and i did eat that day....

you were likely drugged. i would contact the police if you still can, he raped you.

Unfortunately it sounds so, but if you file a report and take a urine test you can prosecute him.

you got roofied sweetheart. you look pretty sexy so just clean down there and don't ever tell a guy that it happened cuz most will think your just a slut

I can't see 3 drinks doing that unless you meant 3 kegs.

You might actually have been drugged. 3 drinks isn't much...

sounds like it

Unfortunately it looks to me like you were drugged. Were your drinks purchased from a bar or did he give you the one in the car park? And did you leave your drink unattended? In the state you were in (throwing up etc), he definately took advantage by sleeping with you.

EDIT: Factoring in your additional details, it definately seems odd for him to produce a drink for you at the park / beach and in hindsight it was probably a bit unwise of you to accept it (personally my alarm bells would have been ringing) but that still doesn't make what he did ok. You do have options if you would like to take the matter further - as in legally.
